Enriching and healing couple relationships

About

Karen Hammack

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade's worth of experience in treating couples. My training began with Dr. Andrew Christensen, one of the creators of Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT),  and after rigorous consultation, I became certified in IBCT. I also work as a national trainer for IBCT, providing education and consultation to therapists across the country. After obtaining my B.A. from Vanderbilt University and my Master's Degree at Columbia University, I moved to Oxford, MS for my Ph.D (at the University of Mississippi). My services are web-based, and I have been utilizing telehealth technologies for the better part of the past 10 years. I believe this increases access to evidence-based treatment, which should be widely available.  I am licensed via PSYPACT, allowing me to see clients via telehealth  to any of the 39 states in the consortium, as well as my home states of Georgia and South Carolina.
